New Kitchen for food preparation prior to analysis

We now offer the possibility to have food prepared either according to the instructions on the consumer packaging or according to your specific requests.

This service is primarily aimed at retailers and food producers with consumer-packaged products, enabling them to analyze the food as it is consumed by the end consumer. The composition of the product can be affected by cooking, making it relevant to analyze acrylamide, nutritional values, and similar factors to understand the product’s characteristics after preparation.

Please note that we do not recommend allergen analysis on cooked products, as the preparation kitchen is not allergen-free.
