Preparation kitchen

It is now possible to have food prepared according to the instructions on the consumer packaging or according to specific requests.

The service is primarily aimed at the retail trade and food producers with consumer packaging to analyze the food as the consumer consumes it. The composition of the product can be affected by cooking, therefore it is relevant to analyze acrylamide, nutritional value and the like to gain knowledge of the product's properties after cooking.

What is performed in the preparation kitchen?Tillagningskök

Food is prepared:

  • Frying/boiling
  • Oven
  • Microwave oven
  • Air fryer
  • Food processor/baking
  • Brewing (coffee, tea)

We cook according to instructions, e.g. on consumer packaging or according to customer's specific wishes.

We carry out analysis according to order, such as nutritional value, acrylamide after cooking. We do not recommend allergen analysis on cooked products because the cooking kitchen is not allergen-free.

Simpler sensory assessment will be offered shortly, such as taste, appearance, aroma and texture.
